Parmi les <strong>principales caract\u00e9ristiques<\/strong> de l\u2019amour romantique, nous trouvons :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">L\u2019id\u00e9alisation de l\u2019autre<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">Se livrer enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 l\u2019autre<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">Mettre l\u2019amour au centre de sa vie<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">Tout justifier au nom de l\u2019amour<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">Lier amour et sexe<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">L\u2019exclusivit\u00e9 sexuelle<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">Le besoin de la pr\u00e9sence constante de la personne qu\u2019on aime<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">La croyance que l\u2019amour peut triompher face \u00e0 n\u2019importe quelle adversit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">La croyance que tout le monde est h\u00e9t\u00e9rosexuel<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">Penser que l\u2019amour est \u00e9ternel<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">Consid\u00e9rer que la jalousie est un signe d\u2019amour<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">Lier amour et souffrance<\/li>\n<li data-tadv-p=\"keep\">L\u2019id\u00e9e que \u00ab l\u2019amour est aveugle \u00bb (impulsif et incontr\u00f4lable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Quelques mythes de l\u2019amour romantique<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LE MYTHE DE L\u2019EXISTENCE DE \u00ab SA MOITI\u00c9 \u00bb ou DE L\u2019AMOUR PR\u00c9DESTIN\u00c9<\/strong>. L\u2019id\u00e9e que quelque part sur Terre, il existe une personne pr\u00e9destin\u00e9e pour chacun: une personne id\u00e9al, parfaite et unique pour nous qu\u2019on trouvera un jour.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LE MYTHE DU COUPLE H\u00c9T\u00c9ROSEXUEL<\/strong>. Le mythe selon lequel l\u2019amour se traduit par une relation entre un homme et une femme, pr\u00e9supposant que les hommes et les femmes sont compl\u00e9mentaires et que les relations affectivo-sexuelles ne peuvent \u00eatre qu\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rosexuelles. Ce mod\u00e8le est vu comme le mod\u00e8le \u00ab naturel \u00bb depuis des si\u00e8cles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LE MYTHE DE LA DOULEUR ET DU D\u00c9VOUEMENT \u00c0 L\u2019AUTRE<\/strong>. L\u2019id\u00e9e que l\u2019amour implique souffrance et douleur. Peu importe la gravit\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s ou des conflits : l\u2019amour permettra de surmonter n\u2019importe quelle situation. L\u2019id\u00e9e \u00e9galement d\u2019une \u00ab fusion \u00bb avec l\u2019autre personne pouvant conduire au renoncement \u00e0 ses propres<br \/>\nprojets : sacrifice sans esp\u00e9rer une r\u00e9ciprocit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LE MYTHE SEXISTE DE LA FID\u00c9LIT\u00c9 ET DE L\u2019EXCLUSIVIT\u00c9<\/strong>. L\u2019id\u00e9e selon laquelle les d\u00e9sirs amoureux et sexuels ne peuvent \u00eatre satisfaits qu\u2019au sein du couple. La fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 implique ainsi l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre amoureux\u00b7se de plus d\u2019une personne \u00e0 la fois. Un crit\u00e8re qui s\u2019applique toutefois de mani\u00e8re in\u00e9gale aux hommes et aux femmes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LE MYTHE DE LA CONSTANCE ET DE L\u2019\u00c9TERNIT\u00c9<\/strong>. L\u2019id\u00e9e que l\u2019amour reste p\u00e9renne dans le temps, et que si une personne quitte l\u2019autre, c\u2019est qu\u2019elle ne l\u2019aime plus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LE MYTHE DE LA JALOUSIE<\/strong>. La croyance selon laquelle la jalousie serait un signe d\u2019amour et d\u2019estime, entretenant l\u2019id\u00e9e que si tu es jaloux\u00b7se, c\u2019est parce que tu accordes de l\u2019importance \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Cette croyance se traduit par un \u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel qui implique de la peur, de la m\u00e9fiance, de l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, de l\u2019angoisse\u2026 devant la possibilit\u00e9 qu\u2019une autre personne nous soit pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>LE MYTHE DE L\u2019OMNIPOTENCE DE L\u2019AMOUR<\/strong>. La croyance selon laquelle les gens peuvent changer par amour.
